Nice to meet you!
From a young age, I (Monique Lampe) have had a strong affinity with technology, which laid the foundation for a career spanning more than 25 years in the technical sector. After completing my studies at the University of Applied Sciences, I worked across a variety of industries including food production, drinking water supply, and both structural and civil engineering.
What began as a role as a technical specialist soon evolved into a position as project manager. In that role, I led various projects involving a wide range of technical disciplines. While I’ve always been intrigued by the technical content, I get the most energy from leading teams: creating plans together, achieving tangible results, strengthening collaboration, and giving people the space to grow personally or step into leadership themselves.

From the outset, my personal development has been an important part of my career. Much of it unfolded naturally: I was curious about why I reacted in certain ways, and how I could respond more effectively. Over time, I came to understand myself better and grew into my leadership.
A burnout became the turning point that led me to start my own business. I realized I was too focused on meeting other people’s expectations. I also realized I wanted to do my work in my own way, aligned with my own values, through the business I’ve created to make that possible. The burnout was both a wake-up call and a step forward. As Johan Cruyff famously said, “You only see it once you get it“.
Did my story resonate with you or spark your curiosity? And would you like to experience what it’s like to have a conversation with me? Feel free to get in touch. I’d be happy to make time for an (online) cup of coffee and a good chat. You’ll find my contact details at the bottom of this website.

And then the day came,
when the risk
to remain tight
in a bud
was more painful
than the risk
it took
to blossom.

My contribution
My goal is simple: to support people in developing themselves and growing in their (personal) leadership.
I contribute to the leaders of today and tomorrow. Good leadership is grounded in values such as clarity, listening, connection, and authenticity, and in the ongoing development of both yourself and your team. It all begins with personal growth: knowing who you are, what drives you, and having the courage to show vulnerability.
Strong leadership also depends on strong followership; people who actively engage, take responsibility, and help move the team forward. In that context, personal development plays a vital role. Growth occurs when you dare to speak up, understand the impact of your behaviour, and remain resilient in the face of setbacks. That’s how you make a meaningful contribution to effective collaboration within a team.
For employers, it’s essential to give employees room to grow and develop. Without that support, common challenges often emerge; unclear expectations, low engagement, costly mistakes, and difficulty attracting and retaining talent. Employees may experience stress, insecurity, or a sense of powerlessness. They may feel unheard, get caught in unspoken rules, or eventually face burnout. Investing in personal and professional development helps prevent these issues and strengthens both individuals and organisations.

My added value
A key strength I bring to my work comes from over 25 years of experience in project management within the technical sector. I understand the dynamics, recognise different interests, and speak the language of both specialists and leaders. This enables me to switch smoothly between technical content and organisational processes, and to navigate effectively at all levels of an organisation.
At the same time, I’ve invested deeply in my personal development over the years, which has helped me build strong self-awareness. Combined with my leadership experience and professional coach training, this forms the solid foundation of my work.
Services
For (technical) professionals and leaders seeking to grow in effectiveness, confidence, and impact, in a way that aligns with who they are.

Coaching & Mentoring
Coaching is a goal-oriented process that helps individuals achieve personal and professional growth. The key to success lies in setting clear, personal goals, creating focus and visible progress. Common starting points include questions like:
How can I better motivate my team? How do I make more confident decisions? How can I strengthen my self-confidence? How do I grow in my leadership?
Mentoring combines coaching with practical, experience-based guidance. It is especially valuable for project or team leaders who are new in their roles or preparing for the next step in their career. Alongside scheduled weekly sessions, there’s room for ad-hoc contact to reflect on urgent challenges or specific situations.
Custom programmes
Together with experienced colleagues, I design and deliver tailor-made development and leadership programmes for a range of target groups, from trainees and emerging talent to early-career and mid-level project leaders, as well as experienced managers. We co-create each programme in close consultation, ensuring it aligns with the organisation’s goals and context.
This customised approach allows us to meet the specific learning needs of each participant, resulting in tangible growth and visible impact. Feel free to get in touch to explore the possibilities.

Coaching in nature
Nature offers something essential that we often lose in daily life: space, stillness, and connection. I’ve experienced first-hand how healing and clarifying this can be. That’s why, when it suits the situation, I also offer coaching and guidance in natural surroundings, for example, a coaching conversation during a walk, or a mountain bike ride through the forest.

My approach
Helping people find their own answers is at the heart of my work. I believe in the power of slowing down and taking time to reflect, especially in environments where the pace is often high. In my guidance, I work with what emerges in the moment, always with an eye on the bigger picture. This creates space for movement, awareness, and lasting growth. My approach, both in coaching and facilitation, is grounded in the ethical standards and core competencies of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Following an initial meeting, you’ll receive a tailored proposal. For individual coaching, this includes an (online) intake session. For team or group programmes, we discuss the proposal with the client and align on the details together.
